This hotel has a great location, just a short bus ride away from the city center. It is situated in a lovely residential area with plenty of restaurants close by. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with a very nice bathroom. The staff provides excellent service and the breakfast is delicious. The hotel also offers a rooftop pool and a bar and restaurant area.

The lift in the hotel is in need of an upgrade as it jolts and jumps slowly between floors.

We were kinda surprised with an upgrade to a suite, complete with a whirlpool/massage tub in the master bathroom. It was a fantastic addition to our stay and made us feel pampered. The staff were friendly and efficient, always ready to assist with any requests or questions we had. Their helpfulness added to our overall positive experience. The location of the hotel was perfect, conveniently close to bus lines, making it easy for us to explore the city and visit tourist attractions.
